荘子の思想を歌詞に反映してみた
中国の哲学者、荘子の思想を表す言葉の中に逍遥遊というものがあります。囚われのない場所に悠々と心を遊ばせること、のような意味らしいです。アルバムタイトルどおり今作は田舎の美しさを一貫したテーマに据えてるんですが、田舎って逍遥遊に適した環境なんじゃないかなあと思ったのがこの曲を書いたきっかけです。一言一句説明するのもあれなんで二箇所ほどピックアップして話しますね。

ここは、”凡人である自分をあるがままに受け容れよう”というようなことです。過去のことをいろいろ思い出して胸が締めつけられたりするけどもう割り切っていこうぜ、っていう。誰しも黒歴史がありますよね。時々思い返すとキツイ感じの。忘れるのはどうやったって無理なので丸ごと受け容れたいもんです。僕が昔完璧主義者だったこともこの思想のある種諦観めいた部分に対する共感に拍車をかけた感があります。

ここは彼の有名な説話、胡蝶の夢を表現してます。ある日蝶になって空を飛び回っていたところ目覚め、あれが夢だったのかそれとも今が蝶見る夢なのか迷い耽るけれども、どちらも真であろう、ということです。万物斉同ぽいですね。around, ground, surroundで頑張って韻を踏んだので褒めてください（）。
ラテンハウス
ですが音はラテンハウスを目指しました。単純にRikoのヴォーカルに合うなと思ったのと荘子×ラテンが面白そうだなというのでやってみました。とえいあえずラテンハウスの一例上げておきますね！
こういったラテンハウス独特のグルーヴをつくるのがまあ難しかったです。パーカッションのアレンジにはめちゃめちゃ時間をかけましたしいろんな曲を聴きました。しかし今でもここをこうしとけば、、とか思いますよね。楽曲制作ってその繰り返しなんだろうけど。ただもっとコーラスを重ねておくべきだったっていうのは絶対に言えますね笑。Rikoでもう一曲ラテンハウス書きたいくらいです。いやほんとにやりたい！
